Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to join our Electrical Division based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 and provides an excellent opportunity to work with major industry players in the power and electrical sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales of electrical and power system products by leveraging your technical expertise and commercial knowledge. Your duties will include building and maintaining relationships with key clients, conducting product presentations, and offering technical solutions that meet customer needs. You will also negotiate contracts and collaborate closely with consultants, EPC contractors, and industry partners.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of sales experience within the UAE electrical or power systems market.
• Strong technical understanding of AC/DC systems, industrial batteries, generator control panels, protection relays, transformers, substations, and power distribution networks.
• Experience working with prominent organizations such as ADNOC Group, TAQA, EGA, power plants, as well as consultants and EPC contractors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Holding a UAE driving license is advantageous.
• TAQA Electrical Engineer Assessment certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with direct exposure to UAE’s industrial electrical projects and a proven track record with key regional clients will find themselves well-suited to this position. Familiarity with power generation and distribution projects is highly preferred to support technical sales effectively.
