Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement QC Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between procurement activities and quality control processes, particularly within Oil & Gas and EPC project environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in procurement procedures, vendor management, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement QC Coordinator will oversee the integration of procurement and quality control efforts. Key duties include:

• Coordinating quality assurance and quality control inspections related to purchased materials and services.
• Managing vendor documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborating with procurement teams to support timely and effective purchasing processes from vendor selection to delivery inspections.
• Maintaining accurate records of inspection reports, vendor certifications, and procurement documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in procurement and QA/QC coordination within the Oil & Gas or EPC sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement workflows, vendor assessment protocols, and quality control methods.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple vendor interactions and documentation management.
• Proficient communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers efficiently.
