Job Overview

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Well Site Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers a rotation schedule of three months on followed by one month off. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of flowback equipment and site operations, supported by practical experience in wellsite management.

Key Responsibilities

The Well Site Operator will be responsible for managing critical equipment and ensuring smooth operations of flowing wells. This includes handling choke manifolds, separators, tanks, dump controllers, and pumps. The role involves starting wells on EPF and supporting the installation of tubing for sustained flow. Operators with knowledge of artificial lift methods will find an advantage in this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong familiarity with flowback equipment and site facilities is essential.
• Hands-on experience working with choke manifolds, separators, tanks, dump controllers, and pumps.
• Proven experience managing flowing wells, including starting on EPF and tubing installation.
• Artificial lift expertise is desirable.
• Pertinent certification with a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
