This role combines customer service with technical expertise in vehicle damage assessment and insurance processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling car accident claims and working closely with insurance companies in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include welcoming customers and providing professional assistance, conducting thorough inspections of vehicle damage after accidents, and preparing detailed damage reports. These reports must then be submitted to insurance companies for approval. Additionally, the role involves following up on claim procedures and approvals while maintaining accurate records using the garage’s computer systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in car accident insurance estimation or vehicle damage inspection
• Proven ability to compile and submit insurance damage reports effectively
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, with fluency in speaking and writing
• Competent in using office software and computer systems for data entry and documentation
• Professional appearance and aptitude in customer interaction

Preferred Experience

Experience working in the UAE automotive or insurance sector is highly desirable, providing familiarity with local insurance procedures and customer expectations.
