Alliance Cosmetics is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Technical Hair Educator to join our team in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. This full-time role involves representing our distinguished Italian hair color brands, KYO and Free Limix, throughout the UAE. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in educating salon professionals on advanced hair coloring techniques using ammonia-free and multivitamin-enriched products to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Hair Educator, you will lead hands-on salon workshops and masterclasses, focusing on complex color theory and practical application methods. You will provide expert technical support, assisting salon partners with formulation tips, troubleshooting color corrections, and optimizing product use to achieve the highest client satisfaction. In addition, collaboration with the sales team is essential to conduct technical audits and support client retention strategies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience as a professional colorist, including at least 1 year in a technical educator or trainer role
• Demonstrated expertise in Italian hair coloring philosophies, particularly with ammonia-free products
• Strong ability to manage challenging tasks such as providing 100% grey coverage on resistant hair types
• Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for public speaking and clear explanations of chemical processes involved in hair coloring
• Bilingual English and Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license to facilitate salon visits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 5,000 to AED 10,000 depending on experience, complemented by monthly performance-based commissions.
