Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires expertise in managing payroll processes for large workforces, particularly within the UAE’s Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, and Blue-Collar sectors. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of UAE Labour Law and hands-on experience with payroll software to ensure accurate and compliant payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a sizable employee base across various industries.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, including WPS regulations, overtime calculations, leave salary, end-of-service benefits, and statutory deductions.
• Perform payroll calculations with precision and conduct thorough reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail throughout the payroll cycle.
• Coordinate effectively with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and support audits.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8 to 10 years of UAE payroll experience, specifically within Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, or Blue-Collar workforce environments.
• Proficiency with HRMS and Payroll software systems for efficient payroll delivery.
• In-depth understanding of UAE employment laws and payroll compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills paired with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage confidential information with a high degree of professionalism.
