Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. This role involves operating and maintaining production machinery used in furniture manufacturing, including CNC machines, panel saws, and edge banders. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of machines to produce high-quality wood and panel components.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate woodworking machinery according to production plans
• Load raw materials and monitor the entire operation to ensure efficiency and safety
• Inspect finished parts meticulously to meet predefined quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any malfunctions promptly
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC machines, panel saws, or edge banders within a furniture manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting workpieces and maintaining quality control
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for machinery
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines strictly
• Good organizational skills to manage workflow and production targets
