Job Overview

We are actively seeking dependable and skilled Garden Technicians, Swimming Pool Technicians, and Multi-Skilled Technicians to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license and be prepared to handle various maintenance tasks across villa locations. Key Responsibilities

The role involves a diverse range of duties to maintain and enhance outdoor and swimming pool environments. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting general garden upkeep and landscaping activities such as pruning, trimming, watering, fertilizing, and lawn care.
• Managing swimming pool maintenance, including cleaning, water chemistry balancing, and equipment operation.
• Assisting with additional tasks like basic plumbing and electrical work, general cleaning, and car washing when necessary.
• Transporting staff, tools, and materials safely to various villa sites using a company or personal vehicle.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proven experience of at least 2 to 3 years in swimming pool maintenance, including understanding water chemistry and operating pool equipment.
• Experience in gardening and landscaping with knowledge of plant care, fertilization, and handling both indoor and outdoor plants.
• Adaptability and willingness to perform various related duties as assigned.
• Basic English communication skills to facilitate coordination and reporting.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and responsibly.
