Job Overview

Pegasus Healthcare is currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join their dedicated healthcare team at an industrial site in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This full-time role involves providing essential nursing care focused on occupational health and safety within an industrial work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering first aid and emergency care promptly and efficiently. Managing workplace injuries, monitoring vital signs, and addressing heat stress and dehydration are crucial duties. The nurse will also handle medical record keeping, ensure the organization of first-aid kits and medical rooms, and coordinate hospital or ambulance transfers as needed. Supporting Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives and emergency protocols will complete the range of responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Department of Health (DOH) or Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD) nursing license
• Previous experience in industrial or occupational health nursing is highly preferred
• Strong ability to manage emergency situations and workplace health concerns
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Immediate availability to join is an advantage

Work Environment

This position is based at an active industrial site, requiring resilience and adaptability to meet the health needs of employees in a dynamic operational setting. The nurse will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to uphold high standards of workplace safety and health management.
