We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our homecare team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time position offers Registered Nurses and Practical Nurses the chance to deliver personalized patient care in a home setting. Candidates should possess valid healthcare licenses and demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities

As a Homecare Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their residences, ensuring comfort and safety. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health, administering treatments, educating patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid DOH Eligibility/License, or an active DHA/MOH License is mandatory.
• Experience in homecare nursing is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Willingness to work in a homecare environment and adapt to various home settings.
• Preferably available for immediate joining in Abu Dhabi.

Salary and Benefits

The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from AED 6,500 to AED 9,000 based on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include employment visa sponsorship, comprehensive medical insurance, and transportation support. The work schedule consists of 22 working days and 8 days off distributed throughout the month, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
