Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Leader with extensive experience in IT and banking domains to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing banking projects, particularly in Merchant Acquiring and Card Issuing products. This role demands a proactive leader who can effectively drive project execution through cross-functional collaboration and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle with a focus on tracking progress and reporting. You will identify potential challenges early and coordinate timely escalation to ensure smooth project delivery. Collaborating daily with design, build, test, operations, infrastructure, and UAT teams will be critical to successfully execute all project-related activities. Ensuring completion of tasks within established deadlines by maintaining clear communication channels is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years overall IT experience, including at least 3 years working on banking projects.
• Strong banking domain knowledge, especially in Merchant Acquiring and Card Issuing products.
• Proven ability to lead projects with hands-on experience in project tracking, reporting, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
