This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of expertise in identifying, managing, and implementing fraud prevention strategies within financial institutions, especially Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks. Key Responsibilities

The Lead Business Analyst will take ownership of fraud risk management initiatives, driving change and ensuring successful delivery of fraud prevention solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a subject matter expert on fraud risk management, providing insights and guidance on evolving threats and mitigation strategies.
• Leading the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated fraud technology systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to mobilize project resources and align objectives.
• Communicating progress and risks clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
• Documenting detailed business analysis, system requirements, and process workflows essential for fraud operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst specializing in fraud risk management.
• Expert knowledge of the fraud risk landscape, with the ability to recognize necessary changes and implement them efficiently.
