Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Executive to join our team in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR functions within the retail sector and possess a strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage core HR tasks including attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee relations. You will also ensure seamless HRMS operations and compliance with relevant labor regulations to support the smooth functioning of HR processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on HR experience within the retail industry
• Solid knowledge of attendance management, payroll coordination, onboarding processes, employee relations, and human resource management systems (HRMS)
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to liaise effectively across teams
