NCC Holding is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join their team at the company headquarters located in Kizad – Khalifa Port A8, Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with 4 to 6 years of experience, particularly those familiar with UAE labor regulations. The role involves managing key HR functions that support employee welfare and ensure smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Officer will be responsible for a range of administrative and operational HR duties, including:

  • Processing and reviewing employee timesheets to ensure accuracy
  • Managing employee health insurance matters, including enrollment, renewals, and claim handling
  • Administering leave management and maintaining detailed HR records
  • Coordinating medical fitness examinations for employees
  • Collaborating with the Finance Department on medical billing processes
  • Maintaining compliance with HR policies and ensuring documentation accuracy

Required Skills and Attributes
