HR Data Analyst
Location: Abu Dhabi
· Work experience as an HR Analyst, data Analytics or similar role
· Experience using HRMS and HRIS
· Excellent analytical skills, can analyze existing and newly collected data
· Expert in MS Excel
· Experience with data visualizations using either Dynamics/R/Tableau/PowerBI
· Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics
· If it can be automated, you will
· Working knowledge of SQL
· Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations.
· Good research abilities
· Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits.
· Bachelor or master in HR, I/O psychology, economics, econometrics, social science or business administration
