We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the construction or contracting industries. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and excel in stakeholder engagement and communication.

Key Responsibilities

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting thorough screening and interviews, managing candidate selection, and handling offer negotiations. You will coordinate closely with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process aligned with the company’s talent needs.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 4 years of recruitment experience within the UAE market
• Solid understanding of 360-degree recruitment processes
• Preference for experience within the construction or contracting sector
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Proficient in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders involved in the hiring process
