Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in manpower supply within the UAE market. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in recruitment, payroll, visa processing, and employee relations, along with strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Officer will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, overseeing payroll administration, coordinating employee mobilization, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law. Handling visa processing and maintaining positive employee relations will also be key duties to support smooth workforce management.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of HR experience within the UAE, preferably in manpower supply agencies
• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices, payroll systems, and employee mobilization
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa application processes
• Ability to foster positive employee relations and handle HR queries effectively
