Key Responsibilities

The HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and maintaining accurate employee records. This includes managing payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary administration. The role also demands strict adherence to UAE Labour Law and company policies, ensuring all HR practices are compliant. Additionally, the officer will handle employee documentation, support smooth onboarding processes, and assist with various HR reporting and employee-related activities.
