Job Overview

Yas Projects, a leading construction and engineering company in Abu Dhabi, is expanding its team with talented professionals to drive major infrastructure and building projects across the UAE. We are seeking experienced individuals for various senior and mid-level roles to help build the future of the region.

Available Positions and Requirements

We invite qualified candidates with relevant industry experience to apply for the following openings:

• Senior Procurement Officer: Minimum 5 years of procurement experience within the UAE, with strong skills in supplier management, contract administration, and procurement procedures.
• Senior Commercial / Claims Officer: Over 10 years of UAE experience managing claims, contract administration, and dispute resolution effectively.
• Chinese-Speaking Safety Officer: At least 5 years of HSE experience, preferably holding certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH, with proven knowledge of site safety implementation and health & safety standards.
• Senior Cost Control Engineer: 10+ years of experience focusing on cost management, forecasting, project controls, and contracts. Candidates with legal or planning backgrounds are preferred.
• Experienced Tunnel / Infrastructure Construction Managers: A minimum of 15 years managing complex tunnel, roads, bridges, and utilities projects.
• Insurance Claims Officer: At least 5 years handling insurance claims, policy management, and coordination between insurers and project teams.
• Site Engineers: 5+ years of experience in building and infrastructure projects with strong technical and site supervision capabilities.
• Senior Utilities Engineer: Minimum 7 years of experience managing utilities networks, MEP services, and coordination across construction phases.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the capacity to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Relevant certifications and UAE experience are highly advantageous.
