NMDC Group is currently seeking qualified engineering professionals to join their Infrastructure Business Unit in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The company is hiring for multiple positions within the piling and foundation sector, offering opportunities for individuals with diverse levels of expertise and leadership experience.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

The open roles include Project Superintendent, Site Engineer, Method/Design Engineer, and Draftsman. Each offers a chance to contribute to significant infrastructure projects with a reputable organization.

• Project Superintendent: Candidates should bring 12 to 15 years of experience, preferably with offshore project exposure, and at least five years in a leadership capacity. The role involves overseeing project execution and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Site Engineer: The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in piling and foundation works. Responsibilities include managing site activities, coordinating with teams, and maintaining project timelines.
• Method/Design Engineer: This position requires 7 to 10 years of experience in foundation engineering and method development. The engineer will focus on developing efficient construction methods and solutions for foundation projects.
• Draftsman: Applicants need at least five years of experience in piling and foundation drafting, with proficiency in 3D modeling to produce accurate technical drawings.

Candidate Requirements

NMDC Group values experience within the specific areas of piling and foundation engineering. Leadership skills are essential for certain positions, and offshore project experience is a plus for the Project Superintendent role.
