Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing cost estimation and control throughout civil projects. Your duties will include preparing detailed quantity take-offs, cost plans, and budget forecasts, negotiating contracts, assessing variations, and ensuring accurate financial documentation to support project delivery within budget.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of hands-on Quantity Surveying experience in large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Strong preference for candidates with proven experience working in the GCC region.
• Ability to manage and evaluate project costs, risks, and contractual obligations effectively.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed bills of quantities, tender evaluations, and cost reports.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with project teams.
