Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Generative AI to join a leading artificial intelligence company based in Abu Dhabi. This permanent role supports relocation and offers the chance to work on cutting-edge AI systems leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures. The successful candidate will help design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI solutions tailored for enterprise applications across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create robust, scalable, and high-performance AI models. Your main tasks will involve developing production-ready ML systems, fine-tuning LLMs, and integrating modern GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases. You will also focus on optimizing AI architectures for real-world use cases while ensuring system reliability and scalability.

Required Skills and Experience

• Over 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or related disciplines
• Strong Python programming skills with practical knowledge of ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI techniques, and retrieval-augmented systems
• Proven ability to build and deploy machine learning models in production environments
• Familiarity with modern GenAI libraries including but not limited to LangChain, LlamaIndex, and LangGraph
• Experience managing data pipelines, implementing MLOps practices, and working within cloud platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

A Master’s or PhD degree in computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related field is highly desirable. Candidates with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI products will be given preference.
