Intermass is inviting skilled planning professionals to join our team through a walk-in interview scheduled for 12th April 2026 in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for candidates with experience in contracting and construction project management, particularly those familiar with the UAE market. Multiple positions are available, ranging from Junior Planning Engineer to Planning Manager, offering opportunities for various levels of expertise.

Open Positions and Experience Requirements

• Planning Manager: 7 to 14 years of contracting experience
• Senior Planning Engineer: 5 to 12 years of contracting experience
• Planning Engineer: 3 to 6 years of contracting experience
• Junior Planning Engineer: 1 to 2 years of contracting experience

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering along with a solid understanding of construction methodologies. Proficiency in Primavera P6 software is essential to effectively plan and manage project schedules. A strong grasp of project management principles and practical experience working on building and villa projects throughout the UAE is highly desirable.

The walk-in interviews will be held at Intermass’s Abu Dhabi office, located on the 4th Floor, Unit 110, Baynuhan Tower 2, Corniche Street. The interviews are open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, 12th April 2026.
