Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced L2 On-Site Support Engineer specializing in Student Information System (SIS) and education-related software. This role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires a professional with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience who is currently residing in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide technical support and maintenance for our Student Information System and various education software platforms. You will act as the primary point of contact for on-site troubleshooting, system updates, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in support engineering, preferably in education software or SIS environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with users and technical teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi with flexibility and responsiveness.
• Proficient knowledge of Student Information Systems and related educational software solutions.

Location

This position is based in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must be currently residing within the United Arab Emirates to be considered.
