Job Overview

GISCO is currently seeking skilled MEP project professionals for immediate hire in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The company is looking to fill critical positions urgently, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with extensive experience in MEP planning and electrical supervision within the construction industry.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

1. Senior Planning Engineer – MEP

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software
• Perform critical path analysis, delay evaluations, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk assessments to ensure timely project delivery
• Prepare baseline, recovery, and updated planning programs to align with project goals
• Collaborate with project teams to forecast and mitigate scheduling risks
• Preferably possess a background in MEP or mechanical planning

2. Electrical Supervisor – MEP

• Oversee electrical installation, testing, and commissioning phases of MEP projects
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage power distribution systems (11kV and 33kV)
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with industry standards on-site
• Supervise teams to guarantee quality workmanship and timely completion
• Coordinate with other disciplines and report project progress

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Senior Planning Engineer: Minimum 7 years of MEP planning experience with strong proficiency in Primavera P6
• Electrical Supervisor: At least 6 years of relevant experience in electrical installations on MEP projects
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering for Electrical Supervisor role
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for Electrical Supervisor candidates
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards and industry regulations

Work Location and Joining

The positions are based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining, as the projects require urgent staffing.
