Job Overview

Landship Engineering & Construction LLC is currently seeking skilled Site Engineers to join our ongoing projects in Abu Dhabi, focusing on warehouse, commercial, and industrial construction. We have openings for four Civil Site Engineers and one Structural Site Engineer to support our dedicated construction teams.

The Civil Site Engineers will be responsible for general civil works, finishing tasks, and effective site execution while the Structural Site Engineer will specialize in structural elements including reinforced concrete, steel frameworks, foundations, and load-bearing structures.

Key Responsibilities

The engineers will oversee daily site operations, ensuring all work complies with approved plans, specifications, and timelines. Coordination with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers is essential to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities
• Ensure adherence to drawings, project specifications, and schedules
• Perform site inspections and closely track project progress
• Enforce quality assurance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and BOQs
• Manage material needs and site resources efficiently
• Prepare detailed progress reports and site documentation
• Troubleshoot technical and execution issues promptly
• Assist with quantity verification and site measurements
• Ensure milestones are completed on schedule

Required Skills and Experience

Civil Site Engineers:

• Proven expertise in civil construction tasks such as blockwork, plastering, concrete, paving, and infrastructure works
• Strong understanding of site coordination and subcontractor management
• Experience with commercial, warehouse, and industrial projects

Structural Site Engineer:

• Extensive knowledge in RCC works, steel structures, formwork, reinforcement inspection, and foundations
• Ability to interpret structural drawings and load calculation details
• Experience in industrial sheds, steel warehouse frameworks, and commercial building projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of site engineering experience within the UAE construction sector
• Hands-on experience in warehouse, industrial, or commercial construction projects is preferred
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Experience working on Abu Dhabi-based projects is highly advantageous
