Job Overview

Landship Engineering & Construction LLC is seeking skilled Site Engineers to join their team for multiple ongoing projects in Abu Dhabi. We have openings for four Civil Site Engineers and one Structural Site Engineer to support warehouse, commercial, and industrial construction initiatives. Successful candidates will oversee site operations, ensure compliance with project documentation and schedules, and collaborate closely with contractors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Engineers will be tasked with supervising daily construction activities, ensuring that all works meet approved drawings, technical specifications, and timelines. Coordination with various project stakeholders such as consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers will be a core responsibility. Candidates will conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and enforce quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental standards. Additional duties include reviewing shop drawings and method statements, managing material resources, preparing detailed progress reports, and solving technical challenges to guarantee on-time project delivery.

Role-Specific Requirements

Civil Site Engineers: Candidates should have strong experience in general civil works including block work, plastering, concrete, paving, finishing, and infrastructure development. The ability to coordinate site resources effectively and supervise subcontractors is essential. Prior experience working on commercial, warehouse, or industrial construction projects is highly preferred.

Structural Site Engineer: This role demands expertise in RCC (reinforced cement concrete) works, foundation construction, steel structural elements, formwork, and rebar inspection. Ability to interpret complex structural drawings, reinforcement details, and load-bearing calculations is critical. Experience with industrial sheds, steel structures for warehouses, and commercial frameworks is a valuable asset.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of site engineering experience within the UAE construction sector
• Proven track record in warehouse, industrial, or commercial projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and site documentation
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Experience with Abu Dhabi construction regulations and standards is preferred
