Job Overview

International Academic School (IAS) in Abu Dhabi is inviting qualified educators to join their team for the 2026–2027 academic year. Available teaching positions include Homeroom Teachers for Kindergarten and Grade 4, Physics/Science Teachers for Cycles 2 and 3, Math Teachers for Cycles 2 and 3, as well as a Student Supervisor role. The school seeks professionals dedicated to fostering student growth within an American curriculum framework.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons, managing classroom environments effectively, and supporting students’ academic and personal development. The Student Supervisor will oversee student behavior and welfare, ensuring a safe and positive learning atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field, with an active teaching license preferred.
• At least three years of full-time teaching experience within the American education system.
• Proven history of achieving strong academic results.
• IELTS score of 6 or higher is mandatory.
• Teaching certifications such as PGCE or B.Ed. are advantageous.
• Candidates holding ADEK approval will be given preference.
• Excellent classroom management abilities and effective communication skills.
• A passion for nurturing student academic success and personal growth.
