Abreco Freight is currently seeking qualified professionals for several key positions based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are looking to fill roles in Customer Service, Operations Executive focusing on Customs Clearance, and Sales Executive/Freight Forwarding. These opportunities offer dynamic work environments within a leading freight forwarding company, providing valuable experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering timely freight quotations across air, sea, and land transport modes. Address and resolve customer complaints effectively while nurturing strong client relationships to promote repeat business.

Operations Executive – Customs Clearance: Manage customs clearance processes involving air and sea shipments, including import, export, and re-export procedures. Coordinate with customs authorities on aspects such as refunds and temporary imports. Accurately handle documentation and HS code classification to ensure compliance with regulations.

Sales Executive / Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager: Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving targets. Identify and cultivate potential markets and customer pipelines. Present freight solutions to clients and consistently submit sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to support business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines, preferably diploma or degree.
• Two to five years’ professional experience in freight forwarding customer service, ideally within Abu Dhabi.
• Indian nationals are preferred candidates for these roles.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• UAE driving license is mandatory for sales-related positions.
• Experience with customs portals and software is essential for operations roles.
