We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and After-Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing inquiries, handling complaints, and coordinating after-sales services effectively. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborating closely with branches, suppliers, and internal teams to oversee all after-sales processes.
  • Tracking and following up on customer orders, repairs, returns, and service requests to guarantee timely resolution.
  • Ensuring thorough documentation of all after-sales cases and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing regular updates and generating reports related to after-sales activities.
  • Upholding high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality throughout every stage of the customer journey.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Filipino nationality is required.
  • Age 25 years or older.
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in the optical industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with strong customer service abilities.
  • Capable of coordinating various tasks efficiently and resolving issues effectively.
  • High computer proficiency with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
