Key Responsibilities

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee the preparation and management of cost estimates, tender submissions, and contract negotiations specific to tower construction projects. They will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost control and budget adherence. Additionally, this role involves providing consultancy advice to optimize project financial outcomes and handling claims and variations efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of total quantity surveying experience
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience within the UAE construction market
• Proven expertise in tower projects is essential
• Prior consultancy experience is considered a strong advantage
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to project demands
