Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer with a solid background in medium-scale civil construction projects based in the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain regions. This role requires close coordination across various disciplines to successfully oversee construction activities and ensure project compliance with municipal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Engineer will report directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for managing daily construction operations, including supervision of concreting and fit-out works. Coordination with electromechanical, landscaping, and other trades integral to civil construction projects is a key part of this role. Ensuring adherence to all local municipality and authority procedures and formalities will be essential in maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 to 7 years of experience on medium construction projects, preferably within the civil engineering field
• Strong understanding of municipal regulations and construction authority procedures in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
• Practical knowledge of concreting, fit-out work processes, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Experience or familiarity with hospital construction is a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while supporting the Project Manager
