Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a leading EPC company based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing payroll for blue-collar workers within the construction or engineering sectors. This role demands proficiency in payroll processing, reporting, and strong skills in Excel to ensure accurate compensation management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for blue-collar employees in accordance with company policies and UAE labor law.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and generate detailed reports regularly.
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Handle payroll documentation ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 6 years of payroll experience in the UAE, specifically within construction or engineering environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and spreadsheet management.
• In-depth understanding of labor regulations related to payroll in the UAE.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and manage multiple payroll cycles.

Additional Information

The position is preferably open to male candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period. The offered salary ranges from AED 6000 to AED 9000, depending on experience and qualifications.
