Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor to oversee construction activities for an oil and gas project based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role demands immediate availability for candidates with substantial experience in civil construction, particularly within ADNOC onshore projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily site operations including excavation, foundations, concrete pouring, rebar placement, formwork, and masonry work. You will be expected to thoroughly review IFC drawings and address any site discrepancies promptly. Ensuring compliance with ADNOC’s Health, Safety, and Environmental standards along with project specifications is critical. Additionally, conducting site meetings, toolbox talks, and coordination sessions will be essential. Supporting quality assurance processes such as punch-list clearance, testing, and commissioning activities will also fall under your scope. Regular preparation of detailed daily and weekly progress reports is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in civil construction, specifically in the oil and gas industry
• Prior experience working on ADNOC onshore projects is highly advantageous
