We are urgently seeking skilled culinary professionals to join prestigious 5-star hotel kitchens in Abu Dhabi. Open positions include Junior Sous Chef / Chef de Partie and Sandwich Maker / Canapé Maker roles. Candidates must have relevant experience in European, Italian, or Continental cuisine and be ready to start immediately. UAE candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Sous Chef / Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for supporting the head chef in preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen sections, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. The Sandwich Maker / Canapé Maker will focus on creating exquisite sandwiches and canapés, specializing in Continental cuisine, while ensuring consistency and presentation quality.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a 5-star hotel kitchen environment
• Strong culinary skills in European, Italian, and Continental cuisines
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Immediate availability is preferred
• UAE nationals or residents only

Compensation and Benefits

The Junior Sous Chef / Chef de Partie position offers a salary of AED 5,500 along with food and accommodation. The Sandwich Maker / Canapé Maker role provides AED 4,000 plus food and accommodation. These benefits ensure a comfortable work-life balance in a supportive environment.
