Al Jazeera International Catering (JIC) is conducting an international recruitment drive with walk-in interviews for various catering and food service roles. JIC is looking to fill several vital positions across different experience levels, including:

• Catering Manager (minimum 5 years experience)
• Executive Chef (minimum 3 years experience)
• Arabic Cook (minimum 5 years experience)
• Production Supervisor (minimum 3 years experience)
• Catering Supervisor (minimum 3 years experience)
• Site HR Officer (minimum 2 years experience)
• QHSE Officer (minimum 2 years experience)
• Hygiene Officer (1 to 2 years experience)
• Training Officer (minimum 3 years experience)
• Store Keeper (3 to 5 years experience)
• Driver (must have a valid manual driving license)
• Cleaners (immediate joiners preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Each role comes with its specific responsibilities, including managing catering operations, food preparation, supervising production and hygiene standards, overseeing quality, health and safety compliance, conducting training, handling HR functions on site, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and logistics support.

Requirements

Candidates must bring a copy of their CV and passport to the interview. Relevant experience is required for the specified positions. For the driver role, a manual driving license is mandatory. Immediate availability is preferred for cleaning staff.
