A new Japanese food truck is set to launch in Al Raha Gardens, Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, and is seeking an experienced Head Barista to lead its coffee and beverage operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong expertise in coffee making and beverage innovation, ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

The Head Barista will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring the highest quality of coffee and beverages are served. This role requires developing new beverage recipes to enhance the menu and maintain consistent product standards. Additionally, the Head Barista will train and mentor the team, fostering a productive and skilled work environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• In-depth knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques
• Proven experience in recipe creation and beverage development
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage bar operations efficiently
• Capability to train and guide staff to meet quality and service standards
