Job Overview

GOAT Group is urgently hiring for a range of full-time and contract positions within Food and Beverage event operations based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. These exciting 6-month assignments offer a dynamic work environment at prominent locations including Nad Al Sheba in Dubai and Lulu Island in Abu Dhabi. The roles available span both kitchen (back of house) and front of house service, with opportunities for skilled culinary staff and customer-facing servers.

Key Responsibilities

Back of House staff will be responsible for food preparation and maintaining kitchen efficiency, specializing in hot kitchen and pizza sections. Tasks include preparing dough, managing toppings, operating ovens, and ensuring consistent quality standards.

Front of House servers will engage with guests, provide excellent customer service, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Both roles require adaptability to shift work and high-volume events.

Required Skills and Experience

• For Kitchen Positions (Commis 1 and Demi Chef de Partie – Pizza Section): Previous experience working in professional or high-volume restaurant kitchens is mandatory.
• Pizza section roles require hands-on pizza making skills, including dough handling, stretching, topping application, and oven operation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols is essential.
• For Server Positions: Prior experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or quick service restaurant (QSR) settings.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain professionalism during peak service times.

Additional Requirements

• Valid own or residence visa is required to apply.

• Availability for the full 6-month contract period is mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed for event operations.
