Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Specialty Baristas to join our team at our Abu Dhabi and Al Ain branches. This is an excellent opportunity for coffee enthusiasts who are passionate about creating exceptional coffee experiences. We welcome applicants from all nationalities and both genders. The positions are available immediately, with a monthly salary of 3000 AED.

Key Responsibilities

As a Specialty Barista, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of coffee beverages with precision and care. You will engage with customers to deliver excellent service, maintain the cleanliness of the coffee station, and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations during your shifts. Rotational shifts will be part of the work schedule.

Requirements

• Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa, Emirates ID, and No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Previous experience in a specialty coffee environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts, totaling 9 hours including a one-hour break.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Work Environment and Benefits
