Key Responsibilities

As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef to maintain high kitchen standards and deliver an outstanding dining experience. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting in managing day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Leading and motivating the kitchen staff while maintaining a positive work atmosphere
• Ensuring the preparation and presentation of authentic Italian dishes uphold quality and consistency
• Maintaining hygiene and safety standards throughout the kitchen
• Contributing to menu planning and development to enhance the culinary offerings

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in Italian cuisine with a strong understanding of traditional cooking techniques
• Solid experience working in restaurant or hotel kitchen operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead a kitchen team effectively
• Excellent culinary skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Italian language proficiency is highly preferred but not mandatory
