We are currently seeking a qualified and skilled Catering Manager to join our team in Mussaffah, Abu Dhabi. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in industrial and camp catering operations within the Middle East, who can effectively oversee all aspects of catering services and deliver excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Catering Manager will be responsible for managing daily catering activities, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene, and maintaining compliance with HACCP regulations. The role involves menu planning, cost control, and coordinating with a diverse team to meet client expectations. Strong leadership and time management skills are essential to drive operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel or Catering Management
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in industrial or camp catering, preferably within the Middle East
• Proven experience in team management and client relationship building
• Deep understanding of Food Safety and HACCP standards
• Expertise in menu planning and controlling catering costs
• Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Currently residing in the UAE with availability for immediate joining preferred
