Al Jazeera International Catering (JIC) in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a highly skilled Catering Manager to join their team immediately. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in industrial and camp catering within the Middle East region. The company prefers candidates who are already based in the UAE and available to start without delay.

Key Responsibilities

As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day catering operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards, and managing a diverse team effectively. Your duties will include menu planning, cost control, and maintaining compliance with HACCP guidelines to deliver excellent service in an industrial catering setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma holder in Hotel or Catering Management
• 5 to 10 years of relevant industrial or camp catering experience, preferably within the Middle East
• Strong leadership and workforce management capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of food safety protocols and HACCP standards
• Proven expertise in menu planning and cost management
• Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately
