Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Baristas to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is open to both female and male candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent coffee and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold hygiene standards
• Provide friendly and efficient service to enhance the customer experience
• Manage customer orders promptly while maintaining quality in a fast-paced setting

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow within the role
• Ability to thrive in a busy work environment while managing tasks efficiently
