Key Responsibilities

The Barista role involves expertly preparing coffee beverages along with food items such as sandwiches and combo meals, following stringent food safety and hygiene standards. Service Crew members will support cashier operations, assist customers attentively, and maintain the cleanliness and order of the café environment. Both roles demand a friendly and approachable demeanor to ensure an enjoyable experience for every guest, reflecting our commitment to excellent service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Barista, preferably within the UAE market
• Proficiency in preparing sandwiches and combo meals adhering to food safety protocols
• Strong communication skills with a confident and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to engage professionally and warmly with all customers
• Dedication to maintaining cleanliness and an organized work area

Additional Requirements

Candidates should be currently residing in or able to relocate to Abu Dhabi. Holding a visit or cancelled visa is preferred, along with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the role. Previous experience in a similar setting will be an asset and will enhance candidacy during the selection process.

Compensation and Benefits

The Barista position offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 monthly, including accommodation provided. Service Crew roles come with a monthly salary between AED 2,000 and AED 2,500 plus accommodation. Successful candidates will also receive visa assistance as part of their employment package.
