Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join our team at a popular Steak House located in Al Seef Mall, Abu Dhabi. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your culinary skills within a dynamic kitchen environment. Immediate joining candidates will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations and assist in food preparation under supervision.
• Prepare ingredients and dishes following established company recipes and standards.
• Ensure adherence to food quality, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the kitchen workspace efficiently.
• Follow portion control and food presentation guidelines to deliver a consistently appealing menu.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team especially during peak service hours.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and help reduce food waste.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Availability to join immediately is highly desirable.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between AED 3,000 and AED 3,500. The workplace is situated within Al Seef Mall, a central location in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
