Al Barakah Holding in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Executive to join their team. This role focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness by supporting initiatives in performance management, workforce planning, competency development, and change management across the company and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will help build a high-performing, agile organization aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

The Organizational Development Executive will oversee a variety of critical functions to drive continuous improvement and business excellence, including:

• Developing and implementing organizational development and effectiveness programs
• Designing organizational structure and job architecture to optimize efficiency
• Managing performance evaluation systems and frameworks
• Overseeing competency management and employee development initiatives
• Creating and refining HR policies, procedures, and operational processes
• Leading change management efforts to support business transformation
• Promoting continuous improvement practices to enhance overall business excellence

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Proven expertise in organizational structure design, job architecture, competency frameworks, and performance management is essential. Professional certifications in Organizational Development, HR, Business Excellence, Quality Management, or Lean Six Sigma would be a strong advantage.
