We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 8 years of recruitment experience, particularly within technical fields such as construction, infrastructure, or landscaping. This role demands a strategic recruiter with excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of modern recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will take charge of managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring. This includes leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and various job portals to attract qualified candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Between 5 and 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally in construction, infrastructure, or landscaping sectors.
• Proficiency using recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities efficiently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and recruitment tracking systems.
