Our esteemed Group of Companies in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to enhance our financial leadership team. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with comprehensive expertise in finance and accounting within the UAE market. This position offers a competitive salary package ranging between AED 10,000 and AED 15,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring robust financial reporting and compliance. Responsibilities include managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and costing activities while adhering to UAE VAT, Corporate Tax regulations, and the Financial Reporting Standards (FRS). The role also involves leading and supervising finance teams to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must be an Arab national.
• Possess 8 to 10 years of extensive experience in finance and accounting, including a minimum of 6 years within the UAE.
• At least 3 years in a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, or supervisory role.
• Proficient understanding of UAE VAT, corporate tax laws, budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent are highly favored.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
