Job Overview

SEHA Salma Rehabilitation Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Finance Manager specializing in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This leadership role requires strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to drive the hospital’s financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will lead the FP&A function, focusing on comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The role also involves building and maintaining financial models, conducting thorough variance and business performance analyses, and preparing detailed management and financial reports. Additionally, the manager will oversee internal audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls over financial reporting (ICoFR).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Professional certification such as ACA or CA is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, FP&A Manager, or in a comparable senior finance role.
• Strong capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Expertise in preparing financial and management reports.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on variance and business performance analysis.
• Experience with internal audit processes and maintaining internal financial controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
