Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to join our team at Rotana Mall, Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in marketing who excel in client communication and recruitment support. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in managing client relations, coordinating talent solutions, and driving job posting efforts across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client coordination, ensuring smooth communication with clients throughout various projects. This includes managing workforce and hiring support services, sourcing and shortlisting potential candidates efficiently, and scheduling interviews to streamline recruitment processes. Additionally, the role involves assisting with HR operations such as onboarding and documentation, supporting marketing and brand promotion activities, and managing daily correspondence including emails and inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in marketing roles with a recruitment focus
• Proficient in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster teamwork and client relationships
• Competent in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software tools
• Experience in managing digital marketing efforts and social media job advertisements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, especially in Human Resources, Marketing, or an MBA qualification

Work Environment

The position is based at Rotana Mall’s 14th Floor office in Abu Dhabi, offering a collaborative and engaging workplace where marketing and HR tasks intersect, supporting both recruitment and brand development activities.
